SoPoly Dealer Portal is an internal business application operated by Southern Poly Manufacturing LLC ("SoPoly") for its dealer and sales-representative network. This policy describes what data the application handles.
The application reads order, invoice, and shipment data already maintained in SoPoly's business systems (MRPeasy and QuickBooks Online) to display a dealer's own account information and, at a dealer's request, to look up an invoice in QuickBooks Online and generate a secure online payment link for it.
We do not sell or share this data with third parties. We do not use it for advertising. Payment card and bank details are handled entirely by QuickBooks Payments/Intuit — this application never receives or stores payment credentials.
Sign-in is provided by Microsoft Entra External ID. Each account is provisioned by a SoPoly administrator and is limited to viewing its own dealer's data.
