This application ("SoPoly Dealer Portal") is an internal business tool operated by Southern Poly Manufacturing LLC ("SoPoly"), used solely by SoPoly and its authorized dealer and sales-representative network to view orders, invoices, and shipment information, and to facilitate online payment of invoices. It is not distributed to, or intended for use by, the general public.
Access is restricted to accounts provisioned by SoPoly for its dealers, sales representatives, and administrative staff. Each account may only access data associated with its own dealer relationship.
This application connects to SoPoly's QuickBooks Online company to look up invoice records and generate secure online payment links. It does not create, modify, or delete accounting records beyond enabling online payment on an existing invoice at a dealer's request.
